Los Angeles Police are investigating a possible assault by Kanye West. According to reports, a fan asked for an autograph, and Ye punched him. Around 3:00 am Thursday morning, West was sitting in a car outside of the Soho Wearhouse in Downtown L.A. The alleged victim saw Ye, and he asked for an autograph. West reportedly got out of the car, had some bad things to say to the fan, punched the person, and left the scene. Authorities are looking into the situation. If police verify the incident, Ye could be charged with battery, which is a misdemeanor.
