A man wanting to get a better space in line at a Doja Cat concert made a false bomb threat. Saturday at Indianapolis’ Monument Circle, a man told people around him that he had a bomb in his backpack. The fans were waiting for a first-come, first-served concert in conjunction with Monday’s College Football National Championship game. The unidentified man was arrested, and the concert went on after a 20-minute delay.
