Micd up NBA Refs Scott Foster and Ed Malloy got caught trying to figure out who Jack Harlow was Sunday during Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals between the Celtics and the Bucks. Harlow was sitting courtside and appeared on the TD Garden’s jumbotron during a break in the action.
