Arby’s got the meats and Pusha T. A new ad campaign features Pusha T. slamming McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish and praising Arby’s Crispy Fish Sandwich. One of the lines of the diss track says, “How dare you sell a square fish, asking us to trust it? A half slice of cheese, Mickey D’s on a budget?” The lyrics might be personal. In 2016, Steve Stoute revealed that Pusha T wrote McDonald’s “I’m Lovin’ It” jingle but only received upfront money. Push has never gotten royalties for the long-running advertising tune.
