A new study is showing the different effects music can have on your running. The non-scientific study claims that listening to Drake can slow down a person’s running, even adding an extra minute and 45 seconds. It’s not just Drake. Katy Perry, BTS, Nicki Minaj, and Doja Cat had the same results. Listening to Beyonce, meanwhile, can speed up your run. The same goes for Harry Styles and Britney Spears. A quick run seems great, but Men’s Health suggests that running slower may be beneficial.
