Travis Scott is putting his money to good use. The Houston Chronicle reports Scott has donated $100,000 to Workshop Houston, an after-school program that operates in his hometown.
Travis reportedly became aware of the organization after the nonprofit participated in his Astroworld Festival in 2018. Scott decided to donate the money after learning about Workshop Houston’s arts and education programs.
Workshop Houston gives local kids an opportunity to get into music production, dance, theatre, fashion and graphic design. It also provides tutoring and academic enrichment.
