Rapper XXXTentacion posthumously topped the Billboard Hot 100 this week, as his single “Sad!” jumped from #52 to #1 in the days following his murder. The song took the top spot from Drake’s “Nice For What” and beat out Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s joint single “Apes**t.” X is the first artist to top the Hot 100 posthumously in a lead role since The Notorious B.I.G. did so with “Mo Money Mo Problems” in 1997. XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Onfroy, was murdered in South Florida at age 20 on June 18. (Rolling Stone)
