In January of 2015, TLC launched a Kickstarter campaign for their final album. More than $430,000 was raised by fans. Fast forward two years and the album is ALMOST here. Yesterday, TLC’s manager Bill Diggins announced that the album will see the light of day “at the end of June.” If you were one of the 4,201 kickstarter backers you’ll be receiving your copy a bit earlier.
The news of the group’s final album comes 25 years after their debut album Ooooooohhh… On the TLC Tip.
