We’re just a few weeks away from a brand new project from the one and only ScHoolboy Q, who has one of my favorite albums of the 2010’s with his 2016 project, Blank Face LP. Man, that album soundtracked the hell out of my senior year of college. I’m hoping to hear some of that same kind of magic with his forthcoming, Blue Lips.
After dropping a tribute to his late great friend, Mac Miller, just last week, ScHoolboy is back with a music video that views more like a short film or movie trailer than your average music video. Well, if that short film or movie trailer had no true plot. The shots, however, are stunning. And the energy is high with “Yeern 101,” yet another promising showing ahead of the project.
