The Weeknd has pleaded no contest in punching a Las Vegas police officer in connection with an altercation last January. According to TMZ, “The Hills” singer entered his plea in a Vegas court Wednesday and was ordered to pay $1,000 to an injured cop fund. He will also be required to complete an anger management course, an alcohol evaluation and 50 hours of community service with a non-profit group in his native Canada. The Weeknd was arrested in January after punching a cop in the head during a fight at the Cromwell Hotel. If he completes all requirements and stays out of trouble, the case will be dismissed.
