The New England Patriots revealed their plans for Tom Brady’s statue outside Gillette Stadium! They’re planning a special ceremony to unveil the Bronze Brady ahead of their first preseason game on August 8th when the Pats host the Washington Commanders.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft initially shared the plans during his Patriots Hall of Fame ceremony last year on the night his No. 12 was retired. Kraft said the statue would “perpetuate the legendary legacy of this once-in-a-lifetime player.” Brady will become the first Patriots player to get a statue at Gillette Stadium, which opened in 2002, months after TB won the first of his seven Super Bowls.
