Travis Scott is facing a new lawsuit over an alleged brawl on a Miami yacht, even though police already dropped the criminal charges against him. Court documents show employees of a boat charter service are suing him over a tense incident that happened back in June of 2024.
The crew said Travis chartered the boat but became furious when the captain refused to let him use the jet skis because he was intoxicated. The lawsuit states he briefly left the dock but returned 30 minutes later and allegedly attacked the captain when the crew tried to end the ride. Workers said he threatened to kill the captain and violently assaulted multiple employees who tried to intervene and break up the fight.
Travis was originally arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing during the incident, but prosecutors officially dropped all of those charges two months later. The plaintiffs are now suing for battery, assault, and false imprisonment, seeking unspecified damages for the chaotic altercation.
