Comedian Dave Chappelle spoke at a Village of Yellow Springs council meeting. Dave, who is from the city, thanks police officers and references a time where everyone knew the officers, their siblings and more in this tight knit community. He’s now encouraging them to make a difference in their search for a new police chief. It’s an impressive 2minute video and doesn’t contain any jokes.
