(Watch) The Weeknd – Out of Time

The Weeknd just dropped the visual for his song “Out Of Time” which was released on his most recent project ‘Dawn FM.’ The video starts off with The Weeknd & Squid Game’s star HoYeon Jung meeting in an elevator and then again running into each other at a bar. At first watch it seems like it’s evolving into a sweet love story but like most Weeknd videos it quickly turns dark. The Weeknd comes to a realization that a third person is involved as Jim Carey starts narrating quietly and the camera point of view switches to first person at the same time he wakes up on a surgery table. The ending makes it seem like he’s undergoing a face transplant from Jim Carey while he says “There’s still more music to come before you’re completely engulfed in the blissful embrace of that little light you see in the distance.”
