She says after speaking with 19-year-old Olivia Andre, she’s worried about her physical and mental condition. Andre is being held at the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley — she had been living in Portland as an asylum seeker. Her family was released, but she was not, and officials have not addressed why. Olivia was a first year college student studying to become a nurse. (WMTW)
2. Cumberland County commissioners have voted to stop holding ICE detainees in the county jail, ending a long-standing federal contract. The county had been getting about $150 per inmate per day — but leaders say the community impact outweighs the money. (WGME)

A company working to buy the arena for says “the Colisée is not closing,” after Hamid Circus canceled shows and claimed it was shutting down.
