1. Portland police are sounding the alarm after ten overdoses hit the city in just one weekend. Officials say the street drugs appear stronger than ever, with possible dangerous contaminants mixed into fentanyl. 2. Portland’s concert venue battle just took another turn. The City Council voted Monday night to lift its freeze on large music venues but also approved a new 750-foot spacing rule between any venues with more than one-thousand seats.
