1. President Donald Trump’s personal doctor says he did not write the 2015 letter that declared the billionaire would be the “healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.” “[Trump] dictated that whole letter. I didn’t write that letter,” Dr. Harold Bornstein told CNN on Tuesday. “I just made it up as I went along.” Bornstein also alleged that three men, including President Trump’s former bodyguard, showed up at his office last year and confiscated the president’s medical records. 2. Maine’s largest brewery wants to build Portland’s first “brewtel” – a hotel with a brewing motif, a first-floor tasting room and potentially craft beer room service. That concept is part of an ambitious $65 million redevelopment plan submitted to the city by Shipyard Brewing Co. and Bateman Partners and made public Tuesday. Shipyard’s India Street neighborhood is being transformed by a construction boom of hotels, offices and condos lining the once-quiet East End streets between the downtown and Munjoy Hill. Jetport officials warned residential areas east of the airfield that the number of early morning and late evening flights will increase for about a month starting May 14 while a taxiway is repaired. Planes will be prevented from taking off and landing over industrial areas to the west of the airport and will sometimes have to approach the airport from the east, flying low over dense residential areas of South Portland, Cape Elizabeth and Scarborough. 4. Officials at Michigan’s Dearborn Catholic High School have announced that they’ll make female students wear pink “modesty ponchos” at prom if their dresses are deemed to be too revealing. One parent told “It’s a method of shaming…and degrading to females.” Counters Dearborn theology teacher Mary Pat O’Malley, who came up with the idea, “We are trying focus on the inner beauty and not draw attention to something that doesn’t need attention drawn to it.
