4. The Elmwood Resort Hotel in Wells is running a promotion where it will pay for rapid coronavirus tests for two adults if they stay for several days. The hotel’s owner says it especially helps draw people from Massachusetts, who usually make up roughly 70 percent of his business. (WMTW)
5. To thank employees for their work during the pandemic, Walmart and Sam’s Club stores will be closed on Thanksgiving. Walmart will also pay out bonuses to workers. Hourly, full-time staffers will receive $300, while part-time and temporary workers will get $150. (PEOPLE)
