4. Gov. Janet Mills has issued a new executive order requiring people to wear face coverings in public regardless of the ability to maintain physical distancing. (NEWS CENTER)
5. Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap estimates that more than 75% of the voting age population in Maine cast ballots, which is a record. And more than 800,000 ballots were cast, also a record. Nationwide with millions of ballots yet to be tabulated, Biden already had received more than 72 million votes, the most in history. (WMTW)
