The time all Nintendo fans have been dreaming of is finally here…the beloved Switch is officially getting a part 2! After months of speculation, Nintendo finally gave their fans what they’ve been wanting. Well…sort of. We at least get to SEE and know that a Switch 2 is on the way, but with no official release date.
Some of the specifications of the new gaming console were delivered, however: backwards compatible with OG Switch games, a bigger screen, a new dock, bigger joycons, and exclusive games.
Fans will have a chance to sample the new console as soon as April, and if I had to guess, we’ll be seeing these up for grabs holiday season 2025.
