4Batz might be new on the scene, but he’s picking up steam fast with his latest string of songs – or as he’s been calling them, acts. I must say, a creative way to draw some intrigue, as the first time I came across his work it made me want to dig a little bit deeper.
Since the burgeoning success of his song, “Act II: Date @ 8,” which caught the attention of the likes of Kanye, Timbaland, and Drake, 4Batz has showed no signs of slowing down. It makes you wonder if a full project is soon to be on the horizon – however, with singles like these, he might just want to keep riding that wave. Especially now that it seems as though something Timbaland called out might actually come true.
Upon hearing “Date @ 8,” Timbaland said, “Uh oh, who this kid? 4Batz. Dallas, y’all got one. Think y’all got one with this one. Yo, his tone is crazy.” He then continued on to say, “I’m telling you now, The Boy get on this, it’s outta here. It’s already outta here. This thing right here. And y’all know who The Boy is.” Well, tonight, Drake posted on his story an audio file that reads, “DATE @ 8 REMIX.” Looks like 4Batz really is about to be outta here.
