50 Cent has secured a temporary injunction against Tia Kemp, legally ordering her to stay at least 500 feet away from his 14-year-old son, Sire. The court order strictly prohibits Kemp from having any direct or indirect contact with the teen, including on social media, and strips her of the ability to possess firearms or ammunition.
In the legal filings, 50 Cent said Kemp actively targeted his son online with derogatory remarks, including claims that the child is on the autism spectrum. He called the comments harmful bullying, but Kemp responded to an initial cease-and-desist letter by posting it online with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”
Alongside the immediate temporary restraining order, 50 Cent’s legal team has filed a separate civil lawsuit against Kemp seeking $6 million in damages. Both sides are scheduled to appear in court on November 3, where a judge will decide whether to extend the injunction or impose even stricter limitations.
