1. 28-year-old Sarah McCarthy of Sebago, who was reported missing, was found dead in a submerged vehicle in the Ossipee River. Cumberland County sheriff’s office say evidence suggests Sarah was traveling at a high rate of speed when she failed to make a turn. (WGME)
2. No suspects have been arrested in connection to a shooting in the Walmart parking lot in Scarborough on Friday. The victim, 24-year-old Ryan Townsend, was brought to Maine Med where he went under emergency surgery on Sunday. (WGME)
3. Against a backdrop of Trump supporters, Mike Bloomberg’s presidential campaign opened an office in Bangor on Saturday. Bloomberg was not on the ballot in Iowa or New Hampshire. He is on the ballot in Maine on March 3 for Super Tuesday. Bloomberg has offices in Scarborough, Lewiston and Bangor and plans to open a fourth office in York.(WGME)
