1. American filmmaker and journalist Brent Renaud was shot and killed in Ukraine. Renaud was gathering material for a report about refugees. Brent died Sunday after Russian forces opened fire on his vehicle in Ukraine.
2. The number of patients hospitalized statewide with the coronavirus increased slightly on Sunday. A total of 124 people with COVID-19 were in Maine hospitals, two more than on Saturday.
