1. A suspect named Eric Holder was arrested in the Bellflower neighborhood of Los Angeles on Tuesday for the murder of Grammy-nominated rapper and activist Nipsey Hussle. LAPD Chief Michel R. Moore described a personal dispute between Holder and Hussle that led to the shooting. “Mr. Holder walked up on multiple occasions and engaged in a conversation with Nipsey and the others that were there,” Moore explained. “He left and subsequently came back armed with a handgun and purposefully and repeatedly fired, striking and killing Nipsey Hussle.” The woman who drove the getaway car that Holder allegedly fled in spoke with LAPD detectives and was allowed to go free. The Blast also reports that Holder had called a mental health facility and claimed he needed “help” ahead of the murder. He is being held without bail. (TMZ)
2. A judge found Carol Sharrow, a Sanford woman, not criminally responsible and ordered her committed to Riverview Psychiatric Center in Augusta for driving onto the field at Goodall Park and killing a man last year. Two psychologists testified Tuesday that Carol was experiencing a manic episode at the time. Neither the prosecutor nor the defense team challenged that conclusion. (PressHerald)

Portland police are looking for whoever is responsible for shooting out more than 20 car and home windows in the Deering Center and Deering Highlands neighborhoods in the last two months, using a BB gun or pellet gun. Police said most of the incidents occurred at night, although in a few cases, the vandalism occurred in the early afternoon. (PressHerald)
4.The Maine CDC is warning about a potential measles exposure in Southern Maine. On Monday, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health notified the Maine CDC about a Massachusetts resident with a confirmed case of measles who visited two Maine business. Those businesses were the Skin Clinic in Falmouth between and Maine Centers for Healthcare in Westbrook. Those who may have been exposed are asked to review their vaccine history and monitor symptoms. (WMTW)
5. The Alliance of American Football’s majority owner Tom Dundon has decided to suspend all operations. League co-founder Bill Polian confirmed the news on Tuesday, saying, “The momentum generated by our players, coaches and football staff had us well positioned for future success.” Dundon got involved in the league after the first week of the season, pledging a $250 million investment.(ESPN)
