1. On Tuesday, the U.S. House of Representatives released a 300-page impeachment report laying out the case for removing President Trump from office. 2. The second storm in two days brought heavy snow and strong winds Tuesday, causing many closings and a few vehicles to slide off slick roads. Kennebunk received 15 inches of snow from both storms. 3. Portland Rising is one of four expansion franchises announced Tuesday by the women’s Premier Ultimate League. Tryouts begin Jan. 25. The PUL’s standard player salary in 2019 was $40 per game. 4. The FBI recently issued a warning that smart TVs can be manipulated to spy on people. Through built-in microphones, internet connections and facial-recognition software hackers can “silently cyberstalk you.” They can change channels, adjust volume and show kids inappropriate videos. (CNN)
