There aren’t many better stimulus packages for an upcoming artist than the Drake stimulus package, we’ve seen it time and time again. Lil Baby’s “Yes Indeed,” BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive,” iLoveMakonnen’s “Tuesday,” and now most recently 4Batz’s “Act II: Date @ 8.”
His latest effort, however, has left fans split and some even questions whether or not the song needed a Drake verse on it. You have to admit that the sound is right up Drake’s alley, but sometimes the OG hits harder than the remake. I like the remix, for the record! But fans in the comments on Instagram had sentiments such as, “This is the first time I can say Drake ruined a track,” and “Truthfully Drake wasn’t meant for this song.” Yikes.
