I did not have justice for Tupac on my 2023 Bingo card, but I’m really glad to see this! 60 year old Duane Keith Davis, AKA Keefe D AND the man accused of killing Tupac Shakur, was in a Las Vegas court on yesterday. He pled not guilty to planning the shooting. Keefe D was appointed special public defenders after he couldn’t hire his own attorney.
Authorities arrested him on September 29th in connection with the murder that happened 27 years ago. He had been pretty outspoken in interviews about being involved in Tupac’s killing, which is what ultimately led investigators to look into him.
Keefe D is currently being held without bail and his next hearing, to schedule the trial, is set for November 7th.
