You should know better than to be walking around not smelling fresh! Coi Leray and Metro Boomin’ want to make sure you’re staying on top of it as their latest collaboration serves as the soundtrack for an AXE body spray ad that they also happen to be featured in.
The duo aren’t the true stars of this show, however, as two crushes get their flirt on over some ice cream. In typical AXE fashion, though, there’s an interesting twist to this ad in more ways than one. I’ve always appreciated brands that lean into the silliness when it comes to their branding. While AXE always gets joked about as the go-to middle school fragrance that has been way over-sprayed to the point of attacking everybody in a 50-foot radius’ entire existence, you have to admit they nail their marketing.
