American Idol is in the middle of its 17th’s season (wow)! The show took a little 2 year hiatus. The “Original Show” was a Fox show that started June 11th, 2002 until April 7th, 2016. The latest two seasons, March 11th 2018/The present season, are on ABC Sunday and Monday nights.
This might have been the most talented American Idol group of the entirety of the show. The top two artists Alejandro Aranda and Laci Kaye Booth being called the two best singers the show has ever seen, while 17 year old Madison VanDenburg has been called the next Kelly Clarkson (who won the first ever season) by Katy Perry every week so far.
