Ever since the new update, Snapchat has been receiving a lot of heat for becoming too hard to navigate. Over 1.2 million people signed a petition on Change.org to change the app back to its original settings.

On February 21st, Kylie Jenner tweeted “sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me… ugh this is so sad.” Jenner having over 24 million followers caused the tweet to reach a huge audience, this led to Snapchat losing $1.3 billion in stocks. Since all of this negative feedback, Snapchat has announced that they will be doing an update to make navigation’s for their users easier again.
