Mariah Carey’s reign as Queen of Christmas is being challenged. On Friday, Carey was sued by a songwriter who claims he co-wrote a song titled “All I Want For Christmas Is You” five years before Mariah’s hit with the same name was released in 1994. Andy Stone is going after at least $20 million in damages from Mariah and Sony Music for copyright infringement. According to CNN, Carey and Stone’s songs have different lyrics and melodies, but the same title.
