(News) Neil Young Threatens To Remove Music From Spotify

Singer-songwriter Neil Young has told Spotify that if it’s going to give podcast host and COVID skeptic Joe Rogan a platform to spread alleged misinformation on vaccinations, then it needs to remove all of his music. Young shared the letter he sent to Spotify on his website, which read “I am doing this because Spotify is spreading fake information about vaccines – potentially causing death to those who believe the disinformation being spread by them. Please act on this immediately today and keep me informed of the time schedule.” He ended the letter with “I want you to let Spotify know immediately TODAY that I want all my music off their platform. They can have Joe Rogan or Young. Not both.”
