A masked TikTok vigilante group calling themselves The Great Londini, is using their masked identity to expose cyberbullies to their parents and employers. The Great Londini claims they can identify a cyberbully in only seven or eight clicks and share examples of their work online. A spokesman for The Great Londini told the BBC that the group is made up of volunteers with cybersecurity and military experience to out abusive trolls. The group started after the spokesman’s friend lost his 14-year-old son to suicide after experiencing cyberbullying. TikTok isn’t a fan of The Great Londini, however, deleting or banning most accounts associated with the group. One TikTok account had 2.2 million followers.
