Yesterday afternoon, Post Malone and the private jet’s 15 other passengers knew something was wrong as soon as they heard their plane’s tires pop. In an interview with TMZ shorty after the plane landed, Post Malone recounted, “We just heard the tire pop…and smoke started coming in.”
The Gulfstream GLF-4 jet ended up staying in the air to burn off fuel that could have possibly caused an explosion during landing.
In the end, Post credits the pilot and crew for landing the plane safely. “They handled it perfectly,” he said. “It couldn’t have gone smoother.”
