It takes one to know one, and from one simp to another, T-Pain has crowned Drake as the simp king.
On his Nappy Boy Radio Podcast while chopping it up with Rob Markman, T-Pain talks about how in his early music he had “no confidence” and was always simping when it came to women in his music. Whether it was “I’m Sprung”, “Bartender”, or “I’m N Luv”, T-Pain was always the guy who showed the love but didn’t get any in return.
Rob Markman goes on to speak about how it’s relatable and that we need more simping in today’s music. We all know the jokes, and apparently T-Pain’s got a few himself, but Drake has been known for quite some time now to have that sector on lock.
