Netflix announced Thursday that a second season of Tiger King is coming this year, adding that season two “promises just as much mayhem and madness as Season one!” The streaming giant didn’t announce which cast members from season one would be returning for Tiger King 2. When Tiger King premiered in March 2020, it was viewed 64 million times in its first four weeks. The director tried to get Carole Baskin to take part but she refused to participate. She’s still sore about how they portrayed her in the original. The docuseries’ star, Joe Exotic, is serving a 22-year prison sentence on two different murder-for-hire plot counts to kill his nemesis, Carole Baskin.
