After THREE YEARS (way too long in our opinion) since Anti, our fave girl RiRi is working on a reggae album, according to an interview with T magazine.
Can we expect any collabs during this album? Unfortunately, during the interview, she denied any rumors about a collaboration with Drake:
JH: Are you going to collaborate with Drake again?
RF: Not anytime soon, I don’t see it happening. Not on this album, that’s for sure.
The date of the album has yet to be released, but she is considering one name for the album thanks to her fan army the “Navy”:
JH: Do you have any names under consideration?
RF: No, so far it’s just been R9, thanks to the Navy. I’m about to call it that probably, ’cause they have haunted me with this “R9, R9, when is R9 coming out?” How will I accept another name after that’s been burned into my skull?
Well, while we wait for this anticipated album and being blessed by Rihanna’s talent, we can enjoy her Fenty Beauty makeup line, a lingerie line, and the launch of her new LVMH luxury brand on May 29th, making her the first black woman in charge of a major luxury fashion house in Paris. She is truly a queen that does it all!
