Sporting his varsity jacket, A Boogie is the popular kid in class as he takes us back to high school in his new video for “Look Back At It.”
Goofing around in class, flirting with the head cheerleader, and narrowly avoiding trouble in the halls with his friends are just a few things you can expect from a normal day in school with A Boogie. Joining in on all the fun is special guest and social media phenom, The Backpack Kid, whose dad tells him he’s “wasting his time” in regards to his interest in playing the guitar. After brewing in his room for a bit, he magically teleports through the TV screen to join A Boogie’s ruckus classroom.
As for his reason to shoot the video in a high school, A Boogie says, “I was inspired to shoot ‘Look Back at It’ in a high school because I’m like a voice of the youth. When the youth sees me in a classroom I want them to be inspired to accomplish their dreams. I was just like them in a classroom at one point. It all starts in a classroom.”
