2. State lawmakers are hopeful their bill regulating marijuana sales in Maine will finally pass. Mainers voted to legalize marijuana in November of 2016. Governor Paul LePage vetoed the first bill last year. The biggest tweaks since then include eliminating social clubs and decreasing the number of plants individuals can possess from six to three. Yelp’s data science team compared businesses from across the country, using a ranking that considered ratings and number of reviews, while also accounting for quality and popularity.
