However, her husband said Saturday about wearing a mask, “They recommend it. I just don’t want to wear one myself.” He then said Sunday about Melania, “She likes the idea of wearing it. 3. According to the Maine CDC’s Sunday update 10 people have died from COVID-19 and there are now 470 confirmed coronavirus cases in 15 Maine counties. 86 people have been hospitalized and 156 have recovered. (PRESS HERALD)
4. Along with a previously issued stay-healthy-at-home order, Gov. Janet Mills on Friday issued an order that travelers to Maine must self-quarantine for 14 days. The mandate began Sunday and also closes nearly all lodging establishments. hotels are allowed to offer rooms for people doing essential jobs. The Clarion Hotel in Portland is making rooms available for free for workers at Maine Medical Center and Mercy Hospital. (WGME)
5. The New England Patriots opened a drive-through testing site Sunday at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. The parking lot site will be designated specifically for police officers, firefighters and other first responders and will be able to test up to 200 people a day for free. (BANGOR DAILY NEWS)
