1. The number of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in Maine has declined by nine. There were 91 people hospitalized statewide with the coronavirus on Sunday. Even as infections of BA.2 omicron subvariant of the virus have increased, the number of people hospitalized continues to be relatively stable.
2. The Jetport will use its secondary runway over the next two months, which faces a different direction than the primary runway. Some different neighborhoods will be affected by the noise of the air traffic. Including larger residential areas of Portland, South Portland and Westbrook.
